Nice case in patient with AVR, C3 maze, LAAO with incessant flutter. Initial activation map and entrainment demonstrate perimitral flutter. The C3 mitral line had just a small gap near the MV annulus. Endocardial ablation produced bidirectional mitral isthmus block.

Another good LA flutter case around the mitral annulus. Wouldn’t terminate with mitral isthmus line, but got successful block at site of scarred slow conduction (coherent) with nice fractionated EGMs. @CartoKev comes through again! #EPeeps @BiosenseWebster
