@DVLAgovuk all I want is my licence with my new address on. 11 weeks and counting. Yet some people getting them within a week who submitted way after me? How does that work?! Can’t get any help via web chat, phone or email so what am I meant to do?

@SuperdrugHelp ordered at 7pm yesterday and paid for next day delivery as wanted it today. This is my @Hermesparcels update since 6:35 this morning. Why did I bother paying £4.90 delivery when I’m getting the service I could have got for free🤷🏻‍♀️?!

@leicslive Maybe now is the time that they look into more localised measures in the hot spot areas. Leicester city is huge but there are council wards with cases on par with rest of the country yet are unfairly locked down. Mental health is a hot topic but doesn’t seem considered for us.

@ITVCentral Separate council wards within the city need to be looked at. My areas numbers are as low as Oadby and Wigston but I’m still penalised as I am city council. It’s ridiculous.

@Leicester_News thanks for the info we already knew. Shame it’s week 3 of local lockdown would have been helpful months ago for the people who were unsure. Living right on the border line is most frustrating!

@IKEAUKSupport our delivery was returned to you by dpd as damaged on the 4th. We are still waiting to know if we are getting a replacement or a refund. Is there any way of getting an update? You have our money but we have no goods and you’re not very contactable at the moment!!
