3- @AmericanAir elderly couple have issues moving but no help. I have a bag but all bins are closed. No one offers to help find space on bin so I have to put it in my seat. Just #terrible #custemerservice #fail #americanairlines I still can’t believe they blame me for using app!

2- @AmericanAir so now I have to run back through security and no one helps me. Now I may miss flight. I get to gate 60 minutes later. They are closing gate. I’m allowed in and to get to my seat there are two elderly people, I see many empty seats all over the plane. Nope.

@AmericanAir has the worst customer service. After waiting in line for an hour to get to security tsa tells me that my ticket from aa is not valid. I have to go back and get another one! So I go back and the aa agents say that it’s my fault for using app ticket! #worst Continues

When possible, avoid traveling with @avianca. It's almost impossible to get in touch with them. The website redirects and asks for the same info over and over and nothing happens. Same with their WhatsApp assistant. hard to find a number and it has hung up on me 3 times. #avoid

@equator_aa I have called, I have sent emails. Nothing. Emails keep bouncing on non existent address. I’ve left vm’s. no one ever answers the phone. Yes during business hours. We bought 3 washer/dryer’s. But with no way to repair them. #biggestmistake EVER. #badcustomerservice
