When we think about cloud storage, we think about files - documents, photos, backups. Cloud platforms also record access history, device activity, location signals, and usage patterns. Over time, this behavioural data becomes larger than the files themselves. That’s your cloud footprint. Reducing it doesn’t mean avoiding the cloud.
