I don't post often, but wanted to reiterate how terrible @HostGator is....down yet again with a 24 - 48 hour ETR....great stuff...

@HGSupport @HostGator So that I can have yet another person tell me it's "high priority" and should be fixed or I'll hear something from the server admin team in a couple hours. Only to still not have a working server and ZERO communication? No I'm already annoyed enough.

@ccpharrell @HostGator 36 hours of uptime issues and confusing communication is not the experience we want for you. Please DM your primary domain and any recent ticket or chat IDs so we can review your server and help get this moving in a better direction.

Things I've learned in the last 36 hours. @HostGator 99.9% uptime guarantee is not guaranteed and they don't give a shit and @HGSupport communication is a complete and total joke.
