@British_Airways I'm unable to print or download my daughters Boarding Pass. The only thing I can think of is that you have not approved her vaccination status. She is fully vaccinated and 15 years old. There was no option unlike for mw or my wife to attach the vaccination certificate.

@PalaceResorts Extremely disappointed at the service in the Moon Palace in Cancun. This is our 3rd visit after a wonderful experience in our last two visits. Terrible room, no one able to help us move. Waited over 3 hrs for a bed for our child. Customer service has been awful

Also sent a complaint to @AbdnConsidine and got a reply that it would be 15 days before a manager could look at it. Shambles!

Still not had my renewal of mortgage transferred over to @AskVirginMoney even though agreed in May. Incurred 2 months of interest charges due to incompetence of @AbdnConsidine not completing the redemption in time. Absolutely appalling customer service from @AbdnConsidine

@andypthesoulman @Hermesparcels @WhichUK @WhichUK There seems to be a number of people that are missing parcels from Hermes in December. Their online support is not helpful and no one is responding on their social media pages. Is there anything you can do to help?

@andypthesoulman @Hermesparcels I'm in the same boat. No way of actually getting someone to look into a parcel from December that still hasn't arrived. No wonder they didn't perform well in the @WhichUK customer service results.

Hi @Hermesparcels You have had my parcel since the 5th of January. Tried using the contact us options but not able to speak to a human and just get the parcel is with us reply.
