@OntheBeachUK we are due to fly to turkey on 4th of July.. and our last instalment is meant to be paid 20th June. We are unable to get through to anyone or email you. Please can you advise whether the holiday has been cancelled and whether we need to make the last payment.

Is there any regulation for courier companies? I am so frustrated with @Hermesparcels and so many recent deliveries that I will insist suppliers use a different company in future. If they refuse, I will use a different supplier. Who holds such companies to account?

Will my @YodelOnline parcel arrive today? Seems unlikely judging by the time, I'm impressed my next day delivery has taken 3 days, and 0 communication on the extension (wouldnt be an issue if they could tell me what's going on)
