Nigeria is a country where individuals with little to no educational grounding often find themselves at the helm of affairs, making decisions that shape the future of millions. How does someone who can barely construct a proper sentence in English, let alone articulate a coherent thought, suddenly rise to the position of governor and decide to rename a university? It's a baffling paradox that highlights how we continue to normalize mediocrity in the corridors of power. Truly, Nigeria defies logic.
