@airindia, travelling with wife, infant from Delhi to Chennai and booked Bassinet + Adjacent 2 seats. Aircraft type changed, seat cancelled, now asked to pay 1200 for Bassinet + 2 seats saying seat was free before but not anymore! What else will be "Cancelled" and asked to pay?

@tapairportugal Flew on TAP and landed with one damaged bag and one delayed bag. Waiting for compensation since July. Never seen an airline take so much time to handle one claim. Expected better service from a flag carrier!

@olamoney_in SIM is inactive now and OLA refuses to return money, transfer to new account or another account. Issue unsolved since Aug 7 and problem passed between @Olacabs , @olamoney_in, phone and email customer care. Not returning money = Stealing!
