@easyJet @shaun_loveland This happened to my sister yesterday travelling out to Crete and @easyJet were woeful it took 3 hours to reclaim luggage after they got off the plane they’d already been sitting on for 2 hours. Disgusting. She was given a very different reason to the weather !!!!!!
