@O2 Is complaints@o2mail.co.uk monitored? I sent an email, but didn't get an auto response. There is no mention of it on your website. Your Complaints Code of Practice only mentions complaintreviewservice@o2.com, but that isn't monitored.

I haven't heard from anyone since logging an issue two weeks ago. I have tried to submit a complaint via your online form, but it doesn't work! Please don't tell me to private message you because nothing comes of it. Just more fobbing off. @O2

@scivier_martin Both of my parents have dementia. One lives in a care home. My child has type 1 diabetes. T1 is hard enough to manage, but dementia adds a whole new scary dimension. I worry about how T1, particularly when someone has dementia, would be managed in a care home.

@Aldi_hq I've already contacted your Customer Services via Facebook. Despite what it says on your website that anything can be returned, I'm being told underwear can't be, even though it meets the refund criteria on your website. I'm not sure why you need my email address and contact no?

A tough weekend with my mum’s birthday yesterday and Mother’s Day today. She is sorely missed but I am grateful she is no longer in pain. I am sure watching over me as always on a daily basis 🥰

@SimonCalder We bought a Family & Friends Railcard for trips to London for medical appointments. When searching for fares on Avanti, it seems now a Family Advance ticket has been introduced for the return journey which doesn't allow further reductions and so means our Railcard is pointless!

The UK has the highest rail fares in Europe: so says campaign group T&E. The survey looked odd (I've travelled in Switzerland). So I studied the raw data. It includes a £74 fare for the half-hour, 50-mile hop from London to Milton Keynes. Actual price: £17 independent.co.uk/travel/news-an…
