@adgirlMM Remember, Constitutional Republics aren't required to have democratic representation to exist. The US Constitution has a legal process to remove the public's right to vote if such an amendment could pass the current requirements.

In a Constitutional republic, the states are granted the primary authority by the Constitution to set the times, places, and manner of holding elections. That includes mail-in voting.
The federal government's role is to ensure that state practices do not violate constitutional rights.
So cue the Trump administration to try and violate Constitutional law.
