Of course, you can't have an aboveground "ammonium nitrate" explosion without a large crater! That's a "truism" that goes all the way back to the 1921 Oppau explosion! If you didn't have a crater when the smoke cleared in Bandar Abbas, people might start asking questions!

IMPORTANT UPDATE AND NOTE: The following is not a complete assessment and I require more data to verify first use. This is a surface level observation but it must be noted. ☢️ The US used what appears to be, without additional details, a nuclear weapon on Iran delivered by a cruise missile (most likely a AGM-86B). The target was near Quds city. Unfortunately the moment of detonation was not captured. The audio matches a nuclear explosion perfectly, the scale of the explosion and the linear and limited drift (due to momentum) is a match for an air burst by cruise missile. The Rayleigh-Taylor instability is also a match. The video was only released an hour ago. If you are in Iran and have more videos of this event, possibly the moment of detonation, please post it online. I need someone to geolocate this explosion and calculate the maximum height of the mushroom cloud.
