@Harperjerk@CaptainPikeachu@collectsideshow@hottoysofficial If you had an underage CHILD would you dress her / feel comfortable with her wearing a tube top like this and having men watch her or own a scale figure made to look exactly like her?
I feel uncomfortable even looking at this on my phone, i can’t imagine being ok with this
@CaptainPikeachu@collectsideshow@hottoysofficial It’s a show for kids not once did they sexualize it. I believe I was in middle school when her character came out and never once looked at her sexually. You are the problem not this awesome figurine
@electricfuture5@9to5mac@nandoprince93 If you seriously think he has anything to do with this or that it’ll stop when he leaves then you are retarded 😂😂 go cry about it pussy lol you’re scared of a rainbow
@oyemnassxo Iv never had any respect for daki at all since he sent he's padawan to jail for stealing excess food while starving. But that push was soo unnecessary and just pure evil, makes for a very black and white character, not morally gray at all despite previous pair of episodes.
Maul took calculated decision and knew if he would bait master daki to get killed by vader was the only way to enrage devon to unleash her true powers.

@jtimsuggs@EricElemen Not a fan of off-screen plot movement. The lightsaber duel was cool but when the story moves off-screen the audiences tend to check out.
I don’t care what anyone says, the ending to the fourth episode of The Acolyte is still one of the best cliffhangers in any Star Wars project.
Honestly made the payoff of the next episode essentially being one big lightsaber duel even better.
@SWT_Channel@nerdist Imagine being so scared of an all female witch coven being … all women, that we all miss out on: seeing plagueis in action, his relationship with the stranger, whether he created or uses the force vergence (to make anakin), the best lightsaber fights and set design since the PT
We’re in Canberra today calling it out.
Torture is being used as a weapon of genocide — and Australia is silent.
Sanction Israel.

@SelwynDuke@hoorayforeric@TheCinesthetic I don’t care to, sorry. It’s sad that your cult is so all-consuming to you. I am a kind and caring person. That includes not forcing my ideology down anyone’s throat or lauding myself as of greater moral standing for my beliefs. I hope one day you can live unencumbered by fear!
That cut in 2001: A Space Odyssey (1968) from the bone in the air to the spaceship is still unreal. One edit jumps millions of years and says everything about human progress in a single moment.
@SelwynDuke@hoorayforeric@TheCinesthetic If you stopped believing in god you’d rape kids and murder freely? Do you genuinely believe the only reason people don’t do these things is out of fear of hell? If that’s the only thing stopping you, that’s scary. Morals come naturally - it’s human nature.
@hoorayforeric@TheCinesthetic What's really childish is believing there is right and wrong without believing in God. It reflects philosophical juvenility.
@exolorian@StarWars_Direct Also Sol really helped carry the show too.
A male.
And in the OT Leia being a female and outsmarting the boys was a constant recurring theme. This is not new to star wars. If anything the Acolyte was less in your face in this way
@exolorian@StarWars_Direct The Stranger naked symbolises the rawness and allure of the dark side that osha is drawn to. His vulnerability is to build trust. And the twins creation is likely due to the force Vergence or even Plageuis. We’ll never know now. But it’s obviously not forbidden lesbian force sex
@exolorian@StarWars_Direct I agree the fight choreography was sick. Can I ask what aspects were too overly feminist or sexual? Love has always been at the forefront of star wars, especially skywalker saga. If anything i thought there was less in the acolyte, just vaguely alluded to with the witches
The show felt like a cosplay fan film, injected with Leslie’s feministic and sexual views shoved in the mix, accompanied with the most stupid dialogues and scrip, poor acting and cheap performances overall. The only thing that was decent was some of the lightsaber fights… the rest sucked ass
@exolorian@StarWars_Direct Genuinely what was wrong with the show? Didn’t break canon and brought good aspects of legends INTO canon.
And what was wrong with the 1 second we saw of him? He was watching his apprentice betray him or observing him as a potential future apprentice (pre palps).
We did not deserve The Acolyte
We got a show set in an entirely different time period w/ lightsaber choreography that rivaled the prequels. It featured one of the best new Star Wars villains. It was all about the dark side & even had Darth Plagueis
Wish we got more of this show
@nomaiphlox@PunkyTheSinger@yashar Sometimes it’s true. Not fair to make a generalisation based on a short video of a drunk looking guy. If you don’t have all the facts please don’t spread homophobic rhetoric
@PunkyTheSinger@yashar It’s actually really fucking tiring to hear that every homophobic person is secretly gay. In fact it’s actually homophobic to suggest it.
Sometimes people are just fucking dumb cunts. Being homophobic doesn’t cancel out his homophobic rant.
Remember when a Star Wars actor was such a fan of the franchise that she showed up to celebration in cosplay... then less than 2 years later parts of the fandom harassed, bullied and made up lies about her.
One of the worst things the fandom has ever done.
