@chollinger93 @Hetzner_Online A funny thing about Contabo VPS I noticed (I also moved to Hetzner for similar reasons as you posted) The server had a cron job that dropped the kernel memory cache every minute (or five, not sure). Hard to host anything memory based (like well.. almost anything hostable)

Successfully migrated my Contabo server to @Hetzner_Online this week. Smaller machine that's cheaper, yet performs better in benchmarks and no random outages.

@ContaboCom We're at level 1 support! I was told to change DNS to Cloudflare (what I did first thing Monday morning) and to apt install resolveconf (which I can't do, but don't need to). The server is still unreachable and the 207.244.240.1 DC (found via arp) in MO has 50%+ packet loss

Not that anybody is likely to have noticed, but my server has been down for >24hrs - can't ping the IP, it can't resolve DNS or talk to anything outside the network. @ContaboCom doesn't reply to my ticket. Anyone got VPS recommendations that don't skimp on storage?
