The intent of this policy isn't "go home and reapply." The intent is to force legal immigrants out of the country. Consular officers abroad can reject a visa quietly, with minimal explanation and almost no avenue for appeal. Adjustment of Status inside the US is a different story. It comes with legal rights, access to the courts, and due process. Pushing the process overseas isn't administrative efficiency. It's a deliberate move to a jurisdiction where denial is easier, faster, and nearly impossible to fight. And who will this policy actually push out first? Not the people they imagine. It will be H1B engineers/researchers, OPT graduates, and O1 holders. People who fuel American innovation, fill critical skill gaps, and pay some of the highest taxes in the country. They have world-class resumes and know they can build a great future anywhere. So they won't go home and wait years in a consular backlog. They'll go to Canada, Germany, the UK, or Australia, countries that have deliberately built their immigration systems to attract exactly this talent, with faster and simpler paths to residency. And who stays? Those with no global safety net. People for whom leaving means losing their job, their home, their kids' school, and years of their life with no guarantee of return. For them, the only realistic path becomes staying undocumented, not out of defiance, but out of desperation. So this policy doesn't filter out the "wrong" immigrants. It filters out the most competitive ones and hands them to rival economies, while pushing the most vulnerable into the very illegality its supporters claim to hate. #USCIS #GreenCard #ImmigrationPolicy #H1B #OPT #O1Visa #EB1 #EB2

I said, "Surely, USCIS would exempt H-1Bs from this logic since Congress explicitly considered them dual intent and expected many to apply for adjustment of status after they got here and to stay indefinitely." But NO! USCIS doesn't care about all that.

Americans, Alberta may get its independence referendum question offically announced tomorrow. Would you support the U.S. recognizing an independent Alberta?

Massie: $5.5M raised. Average donor gave $100. His opposition: $32 million. Three billionaires, Secretary Hegseth on the ground, four presidential attacks in one day, all to silence the guy fighting for the Epstein files. Trump calls elections rigged. Look in the mirror. Go Massie.

$32 million dollars and an entire administration mobilized to destroy one congressman. His crime? Demanding answers about Epstein class abuse networks, and refusing to let child predators hide behind political cover. If that level of firepower doesn't tell you who's being protected, nothing will. Go Massie!

Annie Ramos has been in this country since she was an infant. She's an ASU student, a Dream scholar, and a military spouse. She was put in ICE detention only days after her wedding. There are thousands of people just like Annie being detained right now. This is their home. Our immigration system is broken and there is no reason we cannot fix it if we start working together on this.

There are children in this country who don't know where their parents are tonight. Not because their parents did anything wrong. Because ICE took them. I've seen the photos. I've talked to the families. This is state-sanctioned terror. Full stop.

A man's desire to become a father is always paid for by a woman with her body, her health, her career, and her freedom. But when a woman expects a comfortable life, she is somehow shamed for wanting too much

Hennepin County Medical Center is a lifeline—I know, three of my kids were born there. Republicans’ Medicaid cuts are pushing hospitals like HCMC to the brink. This is about whether people get care in a crisis. Minnesota cannot lose its safety net hospital.

Breaking: despite being in ICE custody last year with a deportation order, Jordan’s killer was let out AGAIN to commit more crimes in Utah, and was just re-arrested in West Jordan YET AGAIN for drug crimes and has a federal detainer in Salt Lake County Jail. When is enough enough?! DEPORT JORDAN’S KILLER BACK TO MEXICO. Justice for Jordan.
SLC Fatigue@MarinasHammer

🚨Mexican Criminal Illegal Kills Utahn -Gets 6 Months Probation🚨 Eight Years Later, Jordan Heugly’s father @BriHeugly -a USMC veteran- is still fighting for justice. Jordan Heugly, 23, was killed in 2018 by 15-year-old Mexican criminal illegal Marco Villanueva-Gonzalez who was driving 86mph in a 35mph zone in Midvale, Utah and struck Jordan with his vehicle. Judge Tupakk Renteria thought 6 MONTHS PROBATION, ZERO jail time, and the ability to stay in our country was justice for killing an innocent Utahn. Seven years later, in May 2025, Jordan’s killer was unsurprisingly arrested again and is in @EROSaltLakeCity custody pending removal proceedings. However, Jordan’s family has no idea if and when their son’s killer will be deported and desperately seeks answers. They want to be included in removal proceedings to make statements and fight for Jordan. @ICEgov VOICE program (Victims of Immigration Crime Engagement) has not proven helpful for his father to get answers. Jordan worked at a care center for intellectually disabled adults and was an avid gamer with friends all over the world. He was “everything that you would want your children to be” his father said, “he was compassionate, but would stand up for what he felt was right and wouldn’t back down.” His father has never backed down either, and neither should we. Justice For Jordan Heugly!!

You need to be talking to strangers. By not doing so, you are greatly diminishing your capacity for luck, serendipity, and synchronicity to occur in your life. As you raise your frequency and increase your level of consciousness… you will find that more and more, you will “just happen” to “randomly” bump into the exact kind of people you needed to meet. Complete strangers will reveal themselves in miraculous ways. But the catch is that you have to talk to them. Life has a hilarious way of making this work time and time again. Real ones can attest to this being fact. EVERY SINGLE PERSON that you hold dear to your heart, were at one point complete strangers that you decided to take a chance on, and get to know… And the odds of your paths crossing… were next to impossible. If you consider the weight of the entire life trajectories of both parties. It’s a miracle that your realities happened to align in the same point in space and time. However, because it actually DID happen, and that you ACTUALLY happened to meet them… IT WAS FATED FROM THE BEGINNING; the probability was always going to be 100%. Ya dig? The paradox of choice, free will, and determinism. Be glad you met the people you adore and love, because it was both an impossible event, yet one forever destined (and pre-arranged ;-) )to take place.
