Awful service. You were informed over a week ago of the damaged box, didn't send a replacement like you said you would, now you're too late to resolve it! For a premium brand your service is no where near premium!

@British_Airways Yes! Tried 3 browsers, across 3 different devices including virtual devices. The chatter on your feed would suggest there's an issue but it might be invisible to u as staff from within the corporate environment. Customers are external so have sight of different.
