Wednesday Spotlight Morgan Kershner is headed off today to job shadow in an operating room at Premier Health. She is one of the students chosen for the Strategic Ohio Council for Higher Education’s Healthcare Preceptor Program (SOCHE). SOCHE is a nonprofit program and works with companies, K-12 districts, colleges and universities to match students with positions in businesses to build the next workforce generation. She is taking a college credit plus medical class and will complete 40 hours of healthcare job shadowing. She found this opportunity and applied completely on her own and told her parents about it when she was accepted. Her future is so bright. And by the way...She's a pretty good basketball player too! #SpringboroOhio
