Biggest drop in monthly headline CPI (-0.4%) since covid crash. Core CPI also lowest since covid.

.@gametheorizing breaks down exactly how to trade SpaceX Treat it like crypto. $SPCX has all the hallmarks of a low-float token launch: from KOLs (@CNBC, @elonmusk) to the IEO-style launchpad. "We know how this plays out".

A list of the current (high-level) tasks: - house + driveway accessible ✅️ - removal of dead trees next to building ❕️ - junk removal - new roof - fixing well + testing water quality - understanding current sewage system - gutting the house completely + 100 other things that I'll figure once we get to them

'Rather than betting on the next breakthrough technology in AI, billionaire investor Mike Novogratz wants to own the very infrastructure the industry relies on, by staking his claim in Texas.' $GLXY bloomberg.com/news/articles/…

This makes no sense. Galaxy should be a $38 stock on Helios alone. At $25 today, the market is pricing Galaxy's crypto portfolio, trading desk, asset management arm, mining operation, and ventures at less than zero. Five businesses → valued below nothing (save this). Let's run the numbers... Helios is an 800MW AI data center @GalaxyHQ built for CoreWeave: $9.6 billion in capex, backed by a 15-year contract. At steady state, it generates roughly $900 million in annual EBITDA. Contracted AI infrastructure peers trade at 25x EBITDA, and the implied valuation table in that chart applies exactly that: ~$15 billion in equity value for Helios. Divide by ~390 million shares and you land at roughly $38 per share. Just from the data center. Before you assign a single dollar to anything else @GalaxyHQ does. And there's a lever hiding in the balance sheet that makes the equity even more interesting... Galaxy's construction loan sits at roughly 9.1% (SOFR+475). Refinance that to around 7% and free cash flow to equity nearly doubles. We know 7% is achievable because Hut 8 just priced investment-grade bonds at 6.1% on a similar asset. The usual objection here is execution risk, but that objection is aging poorly. Phase I delivered on time and on budget. A second tenant is expected by end of summer on similar or better terms. Take the chart's bull case, built on a lower capex path, and the number moves to $41 per share - 64% above where the stock trades right now. Which leaves two possibilities: The market genuinely believes the full buildout never happens, or $GLXY is significantly undervalued. We believe it's the latter. Our PRO team called $HYPE (+85.8%), $HOOD (+63.7%), and $MU (+142.1%), all before they ran. They've been doing the same with $GLXY (and are continuing to buy). Don't miss their next entry. Next up, making sure the house itself is also accessible, without branches hitting me in my face wherever I step. Same angle, same stairs - they clean up nice :)

The first day - making sure I can access the property and get as close to the building as possible. The first video shows the property when I got there in the morning. The 2nd video (see 1st comment) is how I left it in the afternoon. Now I can park there 😎
