The meaning of life is the answer to three questions: • Why do things happen the way they do? (coherence) • Why am I doing what I'm doing? (purpose) • Why does my life matter and to whom? (significance) You need an explanation for the universe, clear direction, and love Those are the macros of meaning

Vitamin D supplementation was associated with a 40% lower risk of dementia over a decade, a relatively recent study shows. After five years, 84% of supplement users were dementia-free compared to just 68% of non-users in a study of over 12,000 people. Vitamin D reduced dementia risk by 33% in adults with mild cognitive impairment or APOE e4, a key genetic risk factor for neurodegenerative diseases. And while vitamin D reduced dementia risk across the board, some groups benefitted more. Women, adults with normal cognition, APOE e4 non-carriers, and those without depression saw the greatest brain-protective effects from vitamin D supplementation. Vitamin D’s brain-protective effects may stem from its unique role as a steroid hormone, structurally akin to estrogen and cortisol. It regulates thousands of genes, many of which govern critical brain processes—an effect consistent with findings from randomized controlled trials showing improvements in cognitive function and IQ scores in older adults. I have not seen anybody talking about what’s going on in Canada right now. This man was pulled over and told by police that he had to come with them because a psychiatrist labeled him “certifiable.” No paperwork, no rule of law, just a doctor saying that if he didn’t come with him right then and there that he would be arrested. The fact that a government could do this is terrifying.

Madonna shot that music video with eight broken bones. None of them had healed. August 16, 2005. Her 47th birthday. She falls off an unfamiliar horse at her English country estate. Three cracked ribs, a broken collarbone, a broken hand. Doctors said stop dancing for several months. She didn't know if she'd ever dance again. Two months later she walked onto set for the "Hung Up" video in a pink leotard and performed full choreography across a multi-day shoot. Her own words in Harper's Bazaar: "Pharmaceuticals and my will got me through the shoot." The context makes it worse. Her previous album, American Life, was her worst-selling record. Critics had written her off. She was 47 in a business that discards women at 30. Her response was to build the biggest dance hit of the decade around an ABBA sample that almost didn't happen. Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus had given permission to sample their catalog exactly once before in history. Madonna sent an emissary to Stockholm carrying a handwritten letter begging for their blessing. They thought about it. They could have said no. "Hung Up" hit #1 in 41 countries. Guinness World Record. It tied her with Elvis Presley for most top-ten singles on the Hot 100 at 36. The album debuted #1 in 40 countries, sold 10 million copies, and the Confessions Tour grossed $194 million, making her the highest-grossing female touring artist in history at that point. She broke her own record with the next tour. A dance video filmed on broken bones, powered by painkillers and stubbornness, built on a sample she had to beg for, following the worst album of her career, at an age the industry had discarded her. The result was the most commercially dominant pop comeback of the 21st century.

At 47, Madonna released a major dance hit while performing through the pain of eight broken bones.

I follow evidence, I update my priors. You might try it. mRNA shots have essentially failed as vaccines. But we are five years out from 3 billion mRNA shots and cancer trends are unchanged. This is good news! I'm sorry fantasies about "DNA contamination" blind you to reality.

I’ll never be the same after witnessing and following the Palestinian genocide every day in graphic detail. It changed me as a person forever, deep in my soul. Israel is 100% to blame, but who do they serve? The US military-industrial complex. And who profited from it? The US financial-industrial complex. And whose technology was used? The US technological-industrial complex. All the money flowed back into the US stock market, paid for by US bondholders using the US dollar. Then you realize the extent of the scam and how it has always been. 🫡

The only channel I follow on YT is @SimonDixonTwitt. I think he's at least directionally correct in his geopolitical analysis. The shift of Tucker, Candace, Fuentes, Alex Jones and the like, toward the easy surface level analysis, all at the same time, seems pretty suspect to me. It's more complicated than just "Israel bad". You have to zoom out another level.

Here's my hypothesis. What we just witnessed in KY with the Massie loss was a 'struggle session.' It was designed to send one message: "We're fully in control, you have no power, and you might as well not even waste the time to vote." It was an operation designed to inflict demoralization. Same as not being allowed to be on the beach alone during 'Covid.' That's it's complete nonsense **IS** the point. Same as publicly executing Charlie Kirk. Same energy, same intention, & the same people. The point is to demonstrate their power, with the target being your sense of agency and control. We no longer need to wonder why the Trump administration has zero interest in finding CK's actual killer. It's the same people. Who was that figure in white seen leaving the roof of the Sorenson building at UVU that fateful day? That nobody cares on Tyler's 'defense team' or with any investigative authority is meant to be both obvious to the thinking person, as well as demoralizing. That's the play; fracture and divide us. Demoralize people to the point of giving up before they can even begin to organize, let alone fight. It's a form of cognitive warfare, and it's been running non-stop since Covid first appeared in 2020. Why? Because someone hates America and its people and wishes to see us taken down. The Barbarians are inside the gates. That's what the Massie loss means to me.

STUDY: PFIZER mRNA SHOTS ANNIHILATE 8.4% OF NON-RENEWABLE EYE CELLS IN JUST 75 DAYS In 64 young adults, researchers found IRREVERSIBLE STRUCTURAL DAMAGE to the corneal endothelium after injection. These cells do NOT regenerate — damage is PERMANENT and can lead to blindness.
