Hooks are the 80/20 of ANY ad.
But a TON of brands get it completely wrong.
After generating $100M+ on Meta ads, I built a system for creating and testing hooks that actually stop the scroll.
And now, for the next 48 hours I’m giving it away:
✔ Our 25+ page guide I give away internally to my team
✔ 50+ stealth-style hook examples used in 7–8 fig ad accounts
✔ A swipe file of 500+ viral hooks & headlines that stop the scroll
Want it? Like + Comment: “HOOK” and I’ll sent it over.

this is one of our most requested asks:
how to fix your Google Ads tracking.
most brands are scaling blind with broken tracking
they think they’re getting 4x ROAS
but half the conversions are fake or misattributed
i packaged up our internal conversion tracking SOP + checklist into a guide
inside:
- 4 common tracking issues to watch for
- 5-step process to audit your setup
- our testing & troubleshooting protocol
- how to set up multiple tracking sources
- our monthly audit checklist to keep everything accurate
this is the same process we’ve used to manage $50M+ in spend this year
like + reply “tracking” and I’ll send it over

I recently spoke to a marketer who ran a $40M brand with just two designers and ONE AI process.
I paid him 6 figs to build these systems for my companies.
He chains together 7 AI tools: creative brief → image gen → scale winning assets. All run by 2 offshore designers.
I’m giving away his entire operating system for free.
Comment “AI” and I’ll send it.

Right now everyone is trying to crack AI static ads the same way.
JSON prompts. 4 different LLMs. Copy-pasting between tools. Tweaking parameters. Debugging hands. Fixing garbled text. Spending 45 minutes on one ad that still needs a designer to clean up.
I know because I built that exact workflow.
I shared it publicly. 859 people wanted it.
And then I stopped using it.
Here is what most people are doing right now:
1. Write a detailed JSON prompt with product specs, persona, angle, layout.
2. Feed it to GPT or Gemini for the image.
3. Realize the text is wrong.
4. Open Canva or Figma to fix it.
5. Try again with a different model.
6. Repeat 10 more times.
6 steps. 4 tools. 45 minutes. One static ad.
Here is what I do now:
Pick a product. Pick a theme. Pick an angle. Click generate. Launch.
3 clicks. Done.
No JSON. No prompt engineering. No bouncing between tools.
The strategic thinking is already built into the system.
Hooks. Layouts. Visual hierarchy. What actually converts on Meta.
Trained on what we have learned managing millions in ad spend across 150+ brands.
This is the difference between engineering a prompt and engineering a system.
One makes you feel productive. The other makes you profitable.
I put together a breakdown showing exactly how the old prompt workflow compares to the 3-click system we use now.
Comment "STATIC" and I will send it over.

Your winning ad has 10-15 iterations inside it.
You just don't know how to extract them.
When an ad dies, most brands start from scratch.
We diagnose the symptom and apply an iteration.
I turned this into a system.
37 plays. 7 categories. Each one mapped to a specific problem: CTR dropping, hook weak, fatigue, CvR tanking.
Same system we use across 250+ Shopify brands.

I found a creative strategist that works 24/7, never sleeps, and sends me winning ad angles every morning in Slack.
It's called Parker, and it changed how I do creative research.
Instead of spending hours digging through reviews, comments, and competitor ads, I just ask Parker things like:
"Monitor every viral TikTok in the creatine niche, find the top-performing hooks, and rewrite them as scripts mapped to creators who match our brand."
What makes it different from just using Claude or GPT:
- trained on 12+ months of real DTC creative strategy SOPs
- actually connects to your ad comments, reviews, and dashboards
- generates hooks that have driven real revenue (one brand attributed $21k of $34k weekly spend to Parker-generated hooks)
- lives in Slack so insights come to you vs. you hunting for them
The outputs on my partner Parker’s posts are sharper and less fluffy than anything I've gotten from Claude.
It really feels like talking to a senior strategist, not an AI chat.
If you're still doing creative research manually or prompting generic AI tools for ad ideas... it’s over.

@BallinFil We use statuscake.com, their free plan checks 3 pages every 15 minutes. Move up to the paid plan to check up to 100 pages every minute. It's worked great, we always get prompt alerts any time there is an issue.

Is there a service where a human (or AI) can check whether a link is broken once every hour?
Use case:
- ad LP never goes down
- email LP never goes down
- website never goes down
This sounds stupid obvious but an ecom specific version of this would be nice... Even if it was all automated: tracks the top 50 pages of a site + any favorited ones and if any fall off it notifies you.

@TheGameSheet @RogersHelps @Bell After endless problems with our Rogers internet cutting in & out, getting stuck in the CS loop, them restringing wire and it still not working well, we switched to Bell about two years ago. I don't think our internet has gone down once in those two years. Best decision ever.

After our internet collapsing this week, and a couple hours dealing with useless AI, I finally got a @RogersHelps person on the phone to be told the earliest they can fix anything is Tuesday afternoon.
I’m calling @Bell tomorrow morning. It’s a race. I’ll keep you posted!

I just found a tool that makes insanely good ads entirely with AI. Yes, actually.
No one talks about how limited traditional video production really is.
Or how AI makes actual ad production very difficult.
There’s no other setup that works as well as MakeUGC V.2 does:
• Sora2 Pro builds cinematic storytelling
• Veo3.1 perfects pacing and structure
• Kling brings realism and expression
• MakeUGC turns it all into scroll-stopping ads that convert
And now, with their new AI agents, the entire process runs on autopilot.
Here’s how it works:
• The AI agents receive your product and creative brief
• They assign roles to Sora2 Pro, Veo3.1, and Kling automatically
• Each model collaborates to generate, refine, and finalize your ad
• MakeUGC delivers ready-to-launch videos within minutes
It’s a full architecture for automated video funnels — and it’s already replacing agencies.
Not hype.
Just better design.
RT + comment “V2” and I’ll send you a full breakdown on how to make insane ads with MakeUGC (must be following for DM)

I owe everyone an apology.
Last week I released a resource to help you generate ads on Chat-GPT using JSON code.
The response was wild.
Nearly 3500 comments across our accounts.
LinkedIn doesn’t let you automate DMs so my team spent days manually replying, trying to get the resource into everyone’s hands.
It got out of control.
Messages flooded in. Inboxes broke.
We literally couldn’t keep up.
I had to hire a VA just to support with messaging people.
So I’m reposting it here (again) so no one misses out:
Your plug-and-play system for generating high-performing static ads using AI.
What’s inside?
✅ JSON templates for UGC, testimonials, offers & more
✅ Visual + copy placeholders formatted for GPT-4o
✅ Layouts based on top-performing statics
✅ Creative compliance tips
✅ The exact prompt + framework behind a £100k+ campaign
If you’re scaling a DTC brand or running performance creative, this is how you speed up production without sacrificing quality.

$5K ad audits are dead.
I just killed them with AI.
I’ve built a fully autonomous AI agent that audits your entire META account in seconds.
While agencies are charging $5K+ for ad audits...
My AI does it for free.
I tested this with:
1. 7-figure DTC brands
2. Media buyers spending $50K/day
3. Struggling ecom stores
Their reaction?
‘This found issues our $8K/month agency missed’
Here’s what it analyzes:
- Competitor strategy gaps
- Targeting recommendations
- High-converting hook angles
- Custom creative direction
Just enter your website URL. That’s it.
I’m giving free access to it for today and tomorrow.

@herrmanndigital Yesterday was weirdly good for us, CPAs down to their lowest level in weeks. It felt like we were on fire. Today it came crashing down, so far probably the worst performance of the year.
