the thesis of "section 2-3 content are important to reward scrolling, and section 4-5 are important to convert" seems to also be true for email. in email design and campaigns I run, I largely see the 2nd or 3rd section's CTA see the highest CTR%.

@BrianSuttererMD I had a tennis injury last year and got a PRP shot, recovery isn’t fun bc you can’t move your knee for a few days but it’s a fantastic technology and I loved seeing them spin up my blood till it turned gold lol

1. Good to see the euro docs understand the best evidence we have for muscle injury biologic injections is PRP and not stem cells (no data)
2. Platelet poor plasma (PPP) may actually be better from early data. See studies from Ryan Kruse out of Iowa
3. PRP certainly doesn’t need to be done over multiple days/sessions. Single shot is sufficient if the platelet dose is appropriate

Why I was in Spain so long is because I needed four days in between every shot. So I did it four times. So that's why I stayed longer." (What did they say as far as being able to hopefully expedite your recovery after getting the PRP?) Luka: "I'm just in the process, i'm working every day. I feel better every day. Like I said, in the beginning they say eight weeks. So we just go from there."

Orlando is the most talented bad team I’ve seen in years.
