@HonorHealth @Cigna $413.46 bill after insurance for a routine urgent care visit. Best example for a broken health care system. This is my 6th annual visit for the same exact conditions since 1st covid shot in 2021 . Never paid more than $170 before. No doc, nurse treated.

@dpbhogadi @HonorHealth @Cigna My sister has a horrific condition Adhesive Arachnoiditis and Cigna has denied every single treatment that the dr has recommended. The pain with this disease is the highest level of pain and because Cigna is to ignorant to understand what will help patients like her.

@cignadental Absolutely insane…Cigna sent check to old address and will not let insured update it! Can’t get direct deposit because address doesn’t match! Also a secondary policy IS correct and withholding thousands of dollars!! Expect better!

@Cigna While the Cigna person involved was very communicative until hitting a dead end, it was all a pointless waste of my time. I'm still left with needing surgery per my doc., but Cigna wants me so disabled that I lose my job and insurance before they will approve. Evil.

Your move: Find your state reps (google “[your state] find my legislator”) Send them a short message demanding they end provisional IMG licensing and raise the residency cap. To know how corrupt is @Cigna my doctor wrote a prescription then they said they will cover the other alternative brand. So Dr. Changed it to that and Cigna required PA which Dr did it and they denied and excluding all the alternative brands. This how insurance company kill you

@Cigna I am sick of receiving letters like this - every year it’s at least one provider who I’m not sure I can continue to see because of Cigna. This time it’s my PRIMARY CARE doctor and my orthopedic for my chronic spine condition. Do better.

I give my experience with @cignahealthcare so far 0/10 stars. My @dexcom G7 15 day sensor expires TODAY. I called in the refill over a week ago, but Cigna won’t cover my refill without authorization from my doctor so I guess Cigna is okay risking their customers health.

@Cigna … RUN from these people if they are offered by your employer. Teenage child, treatment prescribed by Specialist for SERIOUS condition. Denied. Just like the attempt before this. 10’s of thousands a year in premiums and my daughter can just suffer and decline apparently.
