@Crowsnestbb @SneedTech @Terrell352 @Techlife32 @Flyordie209 @curtisnetworks @mobowhunting96 What do the other carriers use for backhaul on this site?

Brand new very rural T-Mobile collection! 1gb Comcast backhaul circuit. This was an at&t firstnet built site, that both T-Mobile and Verizon got on in the last 6 months. Hyndman Pa. @SneedTech @Terrell352 @Techlife32 @Flyordie209 @curtisnetworks @mobowhunting96

I quit.
I started running earlier this year and had the wrong posture (too low cadence at 160 steps per minutes).
A slight pain started to kick in on my right knee in April, and it’s not going away. Fast runs or long runs make it worse.
Doctors think I injured my meniscus. I’m doing an MRI in 2 weeks to confirm. Until then, I’ll run once or twice a week, very slowly.
I’ll miss the daily early morning runs. They would set me up for the day and make me feel good instantly.
I hate to quit and I feel dumb not having listened to the pain earlier.
I’m going to double down on lifting to strengthen my legs until I get a proper medical report. Hopefully I can run like I used to in a few months 💪

For the next 30 days I’ll run 5km as soon as I wake up. 1. Because I spend the rest of the day sitting 2. Because I want to test my discipline 3. Because stepping out of comfort zone is how I learn stuff

@networkninja77 AT&T could probably just use DSL with the speeds they typically provide
English

All 3 have are joining as it’s a bad dead zone. The one interesting thing is the fiber permits. T-Mobile using Comcast while Verizon and ATt are running their own fiber from father away. I’m curious what the economics are of running the cable vs leasing as tmo owns 0 fiber.

Brand new 180ft T-mobile site in firethorne in Katy Tx. This site is in a strict zoning area and they slipped by nimbys by putting this 180 ft monopole at an elementary school in the middle of the neighborhood, next to houses. Slick permitting.

@stetsondoggett actually Verizon is the only one that appears to go off network locally in Hawaii. Even though T-Mobile has a speedtest server here, all data is sent back to the mainland. AT&T has no speedtest server and all data is sent back to the mainland. Boo.
English

@stetsondoggett the HNL Coveragemap server is not peering locally in Honolulu with any of the cell providers. Are you aware? I’m in Honolulu and all 3 providers are showing a mainland ping 😞 included Verizon to Hawaiian Telecom for comparison.

Crazy how Verizon has gaps even in key urban areas - take this example in the Portland Pearl district, several high end retailers around, and yet the signal is weak and speeds are low. T-Mobile does pretty well! (iPhone 17 Pro, outdoors) #coveragemap @stetsondoggett

You guys know I brought 3 phones on AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, too!
Had to map cell coverage using @CoverageMapLLC.
Shocked to report there was signal on the first half of the trail!

Skipped work and went hiking this morning. Wonderful to get out and see the fall colors. Shot on iPhone 17 Pro.
