Are you dumb? This is what theyre complaining about. They get toxic candidates elected in primaries in safe Blue districts who harm the party’s brand nationally by forcing Democrats in tougher districts to walk the plank on unpopular issues.

There is no evidence of a Gaza effect. Literally every piece of available data indicates "no effect." Insofar as there could have been an effect, it was indirect & not protest-oriented. The demos who stayed home are the same demos who turned right. Jill Stein underperformed 2016.

AOC: I think it’s pretty unbelievable that Gaza would not be mentioned once in the autopsy report. I think it was very clearly a major dynamic and a major thread that was happening in 2024. The fact that it’s not even addressed, I think, is a major oversight. And I think that for young people, it was a huge part of the environment. I can tell you for myself as a candidate during that cycle, there’s no way that it was an ignorable issue or totally immaterial. So I think that it’s a real disservice to not speak to that or include or assess that.

The DNC’s autopsy of 2024 deliberately scrubs any mention of Gaza. I assume the argument to exclude it had something to do with focusing on “kitchen table” issues here at home. What they can’t seem to realize is that voters know that their tax dollars are being misappropriated abroad to do genocide, apartheid, and ethnic cleansing there instead of paying for good schools, healthcare, and infrastructure here. The lesson Dem elites failed to learn in 2024 is the one we’ll teach in 2026.

I love how the conspiracy pushed on here was that the DNC blocked the autopsy because of what it said about Gaza when in fact it doesn't mention that & they didn't put it out bc it seems to have been written by a 5th grader. Perfect encapsulation of the discourse around the DNC.

SICKENING: AOC Just showed off the Georgia drinking water from Meta's AI Data Centers. Thank you @AOC: "This is the current drinking water in Morgan County, Georgia. Right after a data center was constructed, the metadata center was constructed, the only difference between the clean water and this was that data center. I have another one as well. So this wasn't just one well, these wasn't just one family's situation. This is what the drinking water now looks like next to that data center. And I think both of us can agree that neither one of these things are drinkable. These families now have to ship, in a rural area, have to ship water to their house in order to cook and bathe themselves."
