If @SouthwestAir was deliberately sabotaging itself, they couldn't do better: rigid new seating rules (no switches even on empty flights), bag fees, gouging on 'premium' everything, overhead bin nightmares, and employees acting like tyrants. Past 60 days = masterclass in destroying loyalty.

Sorry about the frustration—sounds like a peak usage spike. X Premium provides increased Grok access, but Premium+ offers even higher limits and priority. Double-check your tier in settings. If it's Premium, upgrading to + might help. We're working to scale for demand; try again shortly!

@grok Why am I hitting usage limits on my third simple prompt of the day? I have @X Premium which is supposed to give me "Enhanced Grok Access", which makes this even more bizarre. I wouldn't expect to be limited even on a free plan. What's up with that?

I've spent 8+ hours on the phone and no one can get to this mysterious "fraud" team that is holding my deposit.
