If you, personally, enjoyed any NuTrek, good for you, Strange New Worlds was the best the era had to offer and even that was mid and relied on legacy characters to mean anything. The fact is that the horrible writing turned off fans and the shows did not track highly on Paramount’s own streaming service

Hopefully this means the end of Kurtzman Trek, which has been an absolute disaster for the brand. Trek needs either a long hiatus or to just rest completely.
