New acquisition. I find myself flying @AirCanada B777-200LR a lot these days. Since the closure of Russian airspace to western airlines, the 77Ls have done the YYZ-DEL regularly, which is these days almost 17hrs nonstop. Also flew them recently to CDG and AMS.

@AirCanada Extremely disappointed with the experience I had with Air Canada at Toronto Pearson on May 14. I was denied boarding over a passport validity interpretation despite having valid visas, Canadian PR, and even confirming eligibility with customer service before booking.

lol return flight 48 hours after delayed flight @AirCanada my flight is cancelled, rebooked 7 hours later and for the inconvenience I’m offered a $15 meal voucher and no lounge access A-class customer service 😂🤡

@AirCanada are you there? Are you listening to your customers? I have not heard from anyone about my #complaint despite repeated form filling & phone calls. 😡 However I have heard from a #fraudster pretending to be from #aircanada customer service. @MartinSLewis @CTA_gc

@AirCanada your cancel flight feature isn't working on your app. Been on hold for 2 hours trying to cancel a flight

@AirCanada I have been trying to cancel my refundable ticket but your app sends me to customer service and there is a wait of in excess of two hours; I don’t want to lose my money as a no show.

@AirCanada BR VERY CAREFUL I think this profile is pretending to be Air Canada and tries to set up a Worldremit account as a ruse to send you claim money it is a FRAUD to steal money. Patrick is the one who calls.
