@Zipcar i know you are shutting zipcar uk in london but you have obligations for bookings made throughout Dec. How do i speak to someone there? Your uk number is now not a working number? No support yet during my hire past two days the car has been dodgy.

@evrisupportline each time I have a genuine delivery using Evri I get inundated with spam texts. So they somehow know when and to whom you are delivering. I don’t get that many deliveries so it’s not coincidence. It’s highly suspicious

@BBCr4today surely only use fan by window if outside temp is cooler than inside?! Once outside temp is warmer need to shut windows and curtains I’d suggest!!

@Moneybox @MartinSLewis @Barclaycard I thought financial institutions had changed in terms of helping customers. If one major credit card provider can offer interest hold and payment holiday for one month without any credit score impact, why can’t Barclaycard?

@Barclaycard @MartinSLewis @itvMLshow @Moneybox will pay whole bill in July. Told CS I need temp increase as precaution until then. Not given so asked for payment holiday for month. Not offered any more. Only assistance offered affects credit rating. How is this supportive?

@Ofcom how can EE ( or BT -call centre uses both brands interchangeably ) charge £5 month if want digital landline? More if calls included. AND say one has to buy new phones!!! When analog switch off happens will everyone then charge for a service we have to have for landline.

@ee I spent 2.5 hrs on phone yesterday. During that I learnt I no longer have access to old bills ( needed for tax) as by changing my package I have a new account. “LegacyEE” was due to email all 2024 bills yesterday. Not arrived. Please chase - I cant waste so much time on phone

@EE As I’ve said I’ve tried all those options and all I get are auto messages saying line is fine and someone will phone. They have NOT. This has been going on for weeks. I’m going to have to leave EE. It used to be great I’ve been with you since Orange days and it’s now awful

I know it must be frustrating having any sort of connection issue, Clare. For broadband trouble, you can give us a call on 150 from an EE mobile, or 0330 123 1105 from any other phone, to speak with one of our guides for help. @EE can’t stream without constant buffering over weekend in evenings. Never had this issue before moving to digital home phone. as cant afford new landline phone have removed the £5 monthly charge. Now have neither fixed line or reliable streaming.

@EE Please can I have a direct no to a tech team? Doing 150 etc leads to bot and line testing which isn’t an issue. No one ever calls back. In evenings I can no longer stream anything without constant buffering and then degraded quality once programme restarts. Never had before
