@marksandspencer your customer service is appalling. Ordered an e-gift certificate to print out and give to a friend. Still haven’t had the confirmation through 2 hrs later. Would’ve been easier to go into a store and buy one, which I definitely won’t do after this experience.

@MCRMetrolink Will there be any teams from MediaCity into city centre? Loads of people waiting and the tram fronts keep changing last minute

@OfficialTfGM Are they running from MediaCity to Ashton? There have now been 3 ‘see tram front’ Eccles trains and nothing back towards Picadilly.

Dear @Tesco ...if one pot of your high protein instant oats is 55g, how does it have more fat than a 100g serving of the same product? 🧐

@Tesco This is very misleading! Also, water has no fat content, so if you add water to 55g of your product it really shouldn’t change the nutritional information, should it? I’ve got an entire office debating this. #nutrition #transparency

@jet2tweets just locked us on your bus on the tarmac @manairport in 28 degree heat with no aircon and people are about to pass out from heat exhaustion. It was 20 minutes and no one is letting us off. This is appalling

@SouthwestAir I've been sent a confirmation for a flight I didn't book. I thought it was a phishing email so I clicked 'cancel' and it seems I've actually cancelled someone's flight! They have a similar last name so perhaps this was the issue? Could you let me know what to do?
