@kitvolta Look into “containerizing everything” so malicious NPM packages have no access to anything beyond the exact set of credentials needed for agent access.
Commonly this is done by running everything inside a Docker container and/or running all code from low-privileged user accounts

It's worth mentioning, if you find yourself with a job offer, and there's a non-compete clause, or a overly restrictive IP clause, you *can* and *should* negotiate those clauses.
I've had employment agreements changed before I signed them.
Always worth trying.

Just to make a few things clear here, my role was changed immediately after returning from leave. They didn’t mention a pay decrease at the time. I’ve been back at work for 6 months without issue. They told me yesterday they were decreasing my pay to match my new role.

After not receiving a raise in the four years I’ve worked at BHIS they’ve now decided to reduce my pay by $40k after coming back from maternity leave and moving my role to solely pentesting. So I am looking for a new position effective immediately if anyone has any leads 😇
