I ALLEGEDLY have 255,000 + followers, but it's back to feeling like 6 years ago when I had 255 followers again. Most replies are AI. If you're REAL: please drop a hi, emoji, something good you're proud of, merry Christmas or something & let's see who is still here! 🙏

Thinking back to the start of the online coaching business. I coached in person for years before making the jump to starting online. So for the first 6 months I was working 15-20 hours a week coaching in person while having around 15-20 online clients at the time. I could see within a few months that there was a massive time/cost benefit of coaching people online. 1-1 in person coaching just didn’t make as much sense anymore with an online business that had potential to grow even more. So I made the decision to go fully cards in with the online coaching. Left the gym I was working in with zero back up plan to fall back on. The online coaching HAD to be a success or I wasn’t gonna make it. Bet on yourself, have some bollocks about you and make things happen. Getting too comfortable will limit your success.

I’ve got an idea for a piece of gym equipment. I submitted the idea through a corporation but waiting on red tape to make it happen. Enough waiting around. Taking the idea to local metal fabricators to get a prototype in the works.

Identifying this toxic pattern in my marriage cost me $1,000's of dollars. I wrote a Free e-book so you can do it in 8 minutes. For the next 24 hours, I'm giving it away for free. Just reply "toxic" and I'll send it over. (must be following me so I can DM you)

Client to me today: “yeah but it’s different because you love to exercise” Me to the client: “no, I love to be healthy, and I realize it’s just a part of what must be done” Huge difference. A mindset shift is the most important part of getting/being healthy

I've been doing way more cardio and endurance than strength. Almost feels like I am breaking up with lifting 😅

I hate running. That’s exactly why I do it. If you go through life only: • Doing what you want to do • Seeking constant comfort • Taking the easy way out You’ll crumble when you face unexpected adversity. Mental resilience isn’t natural. It must be earned.

@GaintrustMikey What BF% do you usually like sitting at? Doesn’t look like you were super high in the video, but could be due to the lifting and you lifting in it
