It's 95% up to the players. If they stay at 80% the entire time I'm good with it. If they bump up, which they always do the technique has to be elite and they cannot miss a rep. Missed reps equals they come and finish the rest of the workouts the next morning at 6am. I used to program every percentage, but I want our guys to know exactly where the edge is everyday and learn how to be comfortable walking on it.

How to do High/Set Low Rep lifts in the team setting. These are the 1st 8 weeks of what our Oline/Dline did this winter. All of these workouts take between 50-70mins. We train with 5 guys to a rack.
