@venelinkochev @DirectifyApp Maybe grandfather the current uses and raise for the new sugnups. Assume it as a a/b testing and refund the new users if it fails.

They lobotomized Claude in Claude Code, probably because they're losing money on every call "Ads are coming but not to Claude" I don't give a shit. Bring ads to Claude if it means I get to spam 200 IQ Opus again

first month with Directify after the acquisition I put together a full P&L breakdown not sure if sharing this is a good idea, but I always value transparency the margin is good, but I already see a few costs I can cut

@yongfook Just grab you phone and record, it would be more authentic. I don't know about others, but I don't like studio videos, with "perfect" lights, audio, effects.

Bannerbear makes $1 million a year now and I have some money to spend on stuff like this. It's an investment. My first thought was lets "do it right", proper studio, lighting, hired host, etc. Rather than just me in front of a webcam which seems too low-effort. But after wrangling with 3rd parties, locations, and spending $$$ I think that simpler may be better. It's also a huge distraction, trying to be "good" at something entirely new to us as a team, and working with new vendors. I'm supposed to be writing code for Bannerbear V5, not sitting in a studio saying "testing.. testing.. testing.." for half an hour in the middle of a Monday. If the outcome of this isn't good, either I'll pivot to a much simpler video format, or simply invest more in what we were doing before (written content and tools).

I have a new respect for anyone doing video. It’s HARD. Between audio issues, schedule conflicts, studio / team / contractor fees, I’ve spent $5000 USD this month and I don’t have a single usable video. Writing content and building free tools is 100x easier.

I took an AI product from $0 to $10,000 MRR in 14 days. And I documented every single step. Comment “SEND” and I’ll DM you my full 19-page playbook that explains exactly how I did it. (must follow to receive it)

Most agencies take 4-5 weeks to deliver a landing page. We ship ours in 48 hours. And they convert at 7.8%. We built an AI-powered system using @claudeai Opus 4.6 + @framer that handles everything: copy, structure, design specs in a single sprint. We packaged the entire playbook into a free Notion doc. Comment "LANDING" + follow and I'll DM it to you.

A lot of the X feed is already AI. But we can't tell/don't care because it's already good enough to be surfaced. i.e. the algo is what filters out the slop. The thing with replies is there is no algo to filter it. So you see the slop. Unavoidably. In your notifications. In your timeline. I think X should build an algo for surfacing replies in the same way it does for posts in the main feed. Maybe even put some X creator rev share into the best replies on top posts to incentivise quality replies Basically, stop rewarding sloppy replies and overcorrect for the behaviour you do want (quality replies). Same thing they did for articles. Food for thought @nikitabier @elonmusk @xai
@levelsio@levelsio

We're entering an exponential take off of AI reply bots on social media I now detect and block over 6 per day and almost 200 per month Last year it was just a few per week At this rate social media is going to be 99% AI by next year The problem is it's still really hard for AI to detect replies made by AI (but easy for me) Maybe I should work for @X as a human AI bot detector P.S. I'm actually pro participation of AGI on social media if they actually add something to the conversation, but right now there's too many that don't and are just botspam to get followers

@LLMJunky The fact that people are giving control of their devices to an LLM is absurd. Here is how a simple conversation with Gemini went this evening. People want these things controlling their devices or having access to their accounts? Morons. Enjoy… gemini.google.com/share/1abbd05c…

Mailcoach deleted my account with 300k+ email list. Their warning? Just one email which was buried in updates folder and I missed. I expected something better from team @spatie_be & @freekmurze (@getmailcoach) And funny thing is they don't keep backups??? 🤯

This guy is running a cluster of Claude Code terminals vibe coding apps until he hits $1,000,000 Most interesting person shipping I've seen recently He's on here too @matthewmillerai but doesn't seem to tweet a lot @bridgemindai" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">youtube.com/@bridgemindai

There's a dude on YouTube, a vibe coder. He does hardcore streams and he does it for 6 hours a day with one goal in mind: to vibe code an app to a million dollars. The way he opens up 6 terminals with Claude Code running on all of them is too good. I hope he makes it.
