@skytv - you allow one of your “experts” to vanish 1/2 way though a text exchange about my contract - absolutely disgusting customer service, you should be ashamed or re-train your staff
@Fedex__Uk why do you tell lies? I waited all day after email and txt saying my package would arrive today only to get another email saying I couldn’t take delivery… your driver never showed, disgusting so called service
@JonHuntTV@JonHuntTV i heard from a usually reliable source that the Ritchie Estates are divesting themselves of Compton Abbas airfield. As you did a widely watched interview with the main man i wondered if you could obtain an accurate update for public consumption?
@GaryLineker@alanshearer@MicahRichards Many players “dream” of playing for Real Madrid or Barcelona; likely both will be in the top 3 of the Spanish league for the next 20 years. How can such dominance (in any league) by two teams be good for football and exciting for most fans?
I'm off to see @alanshearer and @MicahRichards next week to record a few bits. Amongst which, we’d like to answer some of your questions. Anything you want to ask us? Just reply to this with your question and we will do our best to answer as many as we can..
@AntonyRowntree After a visit to the de Havilland museum and sitting in the cockpit of the prototype I purchased the same kit. Yours looks beautiful, what did you use to get that lustre on the exhausts?
So far this is a Dream of a kit. The canopy when painted doesn’t even need to be glued on, it clicks into place and I was expecting a Nightmare with the Cowlings but they just slot in and held on by magnets and clips.
@Halfords_uk tried for a bit of tech help today, person online didn’t know the difference between volts and watts, store people couldn’t answer either - where to go for help?
@WW2Airfields@SaveOldSarum I learned to fly there just over a decade ago, afraid I don’t recognise the buildings nor the types of tree, probably a different topsoil so unlikely to be Old Sarum
@clark_aviation obscure aviation question - do you know why the RAF kept the heavies in brown/green but almost all other aircraft went to grey/green in later WW2? #RAF
Someone will know but I think the hook weighed a ton .....😃 we used to leave it down after landing I always assumed so it didn’t fall on anyone’s head - 74 Tiger 🐅 Squadron no longer exist - there Moto - I fear no man- or I fear Norman rather amusingly
Reminded that for some years (decades?) after the Second World War, British people wanting olive oil were more likely to go to a chemist's shop than a grocer's.🫒
@paulspr33277629@clark_aviation Totally agree, today the Italians and Koreans were different class. We can only live on hype for the Reds for so long 😔
@clark_aviation@rafredarrows I went to riat today and a personal comparison of the red arrows ,frecce tricalori and the golden eagles. If you're reduced to 7 aircraft you're already at a disadvantage. Flying aircraft that are beyond their sell by date and are probably having to be nursed .
I'm now drawing a line under my 'controversial' Tweet on the @rafredarrows and their equipment.
Thanks to those who contributed, excluding those who used offensive language against me! Seems some people are not up for healthy debate.
Here are the 'reds' in their glory days!😎👍
