Hey @Bell what the hell is going on over there? Internet went down on Saturday and I continue to be assured someone is coming to fix it, only to have the appointments cancelled each time. In what world is it okay to just let your customers sit without a service for days?

@TheBlackHoof From what I could tell it looks like you can actually drive in to some of the cabins so might be good to ask. They were so lovely. Right in the middle of the forest but with modern amenities including super fast wifi!

Where should I stop Big Sur or Carmel? Having never been to either I’m sure they’re both lovely and they are very close together. I already have a hotel in mind for Big Sur but open to suggestions for Carmel if you got em

@TheBlackHoof I stayed in their motor lodge section which was pretty accessible depending on the room. Also if you go there please tell them I’m sorry I mistakenly stole their corkscrew ;)

The sad irony: The "freedom" convoy actually had a lot of freedom...To travel across the country. To honk their horns all day & night. To party in hot tubs. To occupy Ottawa for 3 straight weeks. Privilege is having freedom & having no clue that you have it.

@FurnessColin Which N95 mask is your grade 8 child wearing? I have a petite 17 Year old and can't find any N95 mask that fits. It's one of the barriers for her to return to school.

Asked by many when my kids will be back in school. I had previously called for a delay to Jan 24. My older one (Gr 8) went back last week, with N95 masking + coming home for lunch. My younger one is back as of today, same conditions. Why now? 1/2

Can it be that we're still not providing 3rd vaccine doses to teens in Canada? It's a 3 dose vaccine, and efficacy against omi infection is far greater post 3rd dose.

@Billius27 Yep and we’re currently sending our partially-vaccinated, seven-months-post-dose-two teens to school in crowded classrooms. What could possibly go wrong?
