2/2) Broadly, on sweeteners, I feel people like to lean into heuristics like: 👉"No such thing as a free lunch" vs "Zero calories and therefore benign. Or 👉Natural means 'okay' vs Artificial means 'bad' In truth, sweeteners are a heterogenous group of molecules with unique metabolic properties that deserve to be interrogated with nuance appropriate to their metabolic complexity. @chrissyfarr I think AI/ML can revolutionize a lot of industries, healthcare included. But foundationally, health is about relationships above all else. Getting the basics right is still hard for many orgs. Even w all the fancy tech, human interaction usually is best intervention

Getting good sleep is one of the easiest ways to keep immunity strong. When you’re sleeping well, your body does its repairs, clears out cellular debris and makes and releases cytokines, proteins that mediate and regulate immunity, and can help fight inflammation and infection.
