400% past 3 years. But ya keep listening to all the doom and gloom bear porn accounts. They have a bunch of followers so must know what they’re talking about. $SPY $QQQ bitcoin:native ethereum:native solana:So11111111111111111111111111111111111111112

Since May 7, US Spot ETFs have recorded net outflows on nearly every trading day, a persistent institutional sell signal now running for more than two weeks. This steady drip of outflow continues to add to the supply side without a visible demand offset. 📉glassno.de/43yFdJX

@TomLeeTracker Hey Tom any thoughts about what's going on with the Ethereum foundation? Does it bother you a little? Does it change anything about how you are investing in Ethereum?

IMO, in order to see $BTC trade higher we need the Coinbase discount to contract big time. Even better, flip to a premium. This is what marked bottom in early April. Simple.

The price of great returns is discomfort Investing isn’t about buying good things. It’s about buying things well. And a large part of that is psychological. The crowd tends to feel safest near tops and most fearful near bottoms, even though the risk/reward relationship is often the exact opposite. When everyone seems to be in consensus that an asset “is dead” or that it “must” go lower (especially after an already large decline) use that awareness to be curious (not automatically optimistic), but curious enough to investigate whether price is simply reflecting temporary fear, forced selling, or exhaustion. So much of being a good investor is the recognition of an opportunity mismatch between perception and value. Markets are governed less by fundamentals in the short run than by psychology and psychology eventually swings too far in both directions. The goal isn’t to be a contrarian for the sake of being different. It’s to remain analytical when others become emotional and to distinguish and look at volatility as opportunity Those who outperform over time are usually the ones willing to own quality assets during periods when doing so feels uncomfortable, lonely, and psychologically difficult. That discomfort is often the admission price for superior returns

Zone 2 cardio is probably the most underutilized longevity tool available. 3 to 4 hours per week of low intensity aerobic work builds mitochondrial density, improves metabolic flexibility, and lowers resting heart rate. You should barely be able to hold a conversation.

@common8er @TomBradyEgo As an investor myself, i’d rather toss it into the S&P and let it ride, losing gains, but I see why they made the move 😂

@common8er @TomBradyEgo Zero risk is a stretch… banks can collapse, but most likely true. A gambling man is a gambling man, not a bank investor.

There is no reason for money to sit idle. With stablecoins like @USDC, it’s possible to: 1. Route idle money to yield bearing instruments (like low risk DeFi). 2. Auto convert your funds back in real time in order to spend, send, or trade. This is the future of finance.
SurfCash | getsurf.cash@surfcashx

Idle USDC earns nothing, so we integrated @usebreezebaby. Your balance automatically earns yield in the background, and the moment you spend, it flips back with zero delay. 🏄

Lifters need to do zone 2. Runners need to lift heavy weights. It's not about one or the other. It's about both.
