Before the coup in Iran in 1953, the CIA paid street gangs to riot, paid journalists to distort what was happening in Iran, and also paid Iranians to infiltrate the Tudeh Party, as well as attack mosques (Jakarta Method) Sound familiar?

I still can’t believe that people in Nashville, Tennessee voted for a movie called “Death to America” to win! This timeline is crazy! 😆
Write Brain TV@WriteBrainTV

Throwback to the time we got @UnholyRome6 waving the workers flag on the Nashville Scene - one of its most popular & oldest art magazines. That weekend was one for the books & got one of our warmest embraces of Rome & communism when we expected protests lol

@HorrorGorl Surprised it’s lasted this long. I never expected that the rest of the world would continue to finance our $39t of bullshit for as long as they have.

The U.S. and China are racing for a tiny but critical patch of lunar real estate—about the size of Washington, DC. Whoever settles there first locks in resources for a sustained presence. The loser ships everything from Earth. SLS wasn't built for lunar landings. Why fund it? SLS Block-buys only help Beijing.

If legislation that 84% of Americans want can’t be passed, then we no longer have a republic; we have an oligarchy.

🚨 HOLY CRAP! Sec. Scott Bessent just CALLED OUT China ahead of his trip with President Trump to the country, saying they should "STEP UP" and get Iran to open the Strait of Hormuz, and STOP funding the state sponsor of terror "China ALWAYS seeks an advantage. They seek an advantage in everything. They seek an advantage in the seating chart!" "China, let's see them step up with some diplomacy and get the Iranians to open the Strait!" "All I'll say is Iran is the largest state sponsor of terrorism and China has been buying 90% of their energy." "So they are FUNDING the largest state sponsor of terrorism, but more importantly, the threat of attacks from Iran has closed the Strait." "We are reopening it, so I would urge the Chinese to join us in supporting this international operation!"

Berlin is banning all Soviet, Russian, and Belarusian flags on May 8th and 9th. Also banned are military uniforms, songs, images of mass murderers Putin, Lukashenko, and Kadyrov, and symbols glorifying the war against Ukraine. All symbols associated with this filthy Russian terrorist, who kills innocent Ukrainians and threatens Germany with war every week, should be banned 365 days a year. But for that to happen, we would need a Chancellor with courage and backbone.

Iran just struck Fujairah oil refinery in the UAE. These certainly put pressure on the West — but you must understand the dollar is no longer anchored in this region. What QatarEnergy and ExxonMobil lost in Ras Laffan, they're making back several times over in Texas now.

The most valuable resource that capitalism steals from us is our time. You're on a spinning rock circling a medium sized star for less than 100 years and yes you need money to eat and live but you deserve peace and fun and time in nature and to not be exhausted all the time. In fact the peace and fun and time in nature part is the reason you're here.

i absolutely hate today being remembered as the “star wars day” instead of the anniversary of the kent state shooting. four innocent students massacred with no accountability, no justice was ever served. the more you learn about it the worse it gets.

In my area, In-N-Out and Chipotle are hiring around $20/hour for new workers. Let’s say you even land full-time at 40 hours/week: $20/hour = $800/week That’s $3,467/month before taxes. After just 12% in federal taxes, you’re left with about $3,051/month take-home. Now here’s the reality: Average one-bedroom apartment is around $2,000/month. So even working full-time in fast food, 65% of your income disappears to rent alone. That leaves you with about $1,050/month for: • food • transportation • insurance • phone • savings • emergencies This isn’t a “budgeting problem.” This is a cost of living crisis. Working full time should never mean barely surviving.

@UziCryptoo folks need to make themselves worth more money if they want to earn more money. not going to pay someone who does a half-assed job, shows up late, is more likely to quit suddenly, more money than minimum wage. i pay a premium for a quality worker.
