@OctopusEnergy I have frequently been trying to get advice on my tariff. Your agent has not called when scheduled. Today she sent emails with conflicting information. I have therefore cancelled as I’m within my 14 day cooling off period and now heard nothing further. Please help.

@steelershockey My dad played field hockey and I always wants to see ice hockey. My grandparents lived in Sheffield and dad took us. Have followed ever since. Went to 3 or 4 games as a child, always kept an eye for scores. Started going and streaming again this year - love it. Live in London

@EastHerts the service you provide is an utter shambles! Moved in on 4th July, no one replies to contact forms or emails for over a month. Wait an hour on phone to be hung up on. Have set up direct debit 3 times and still you haven’t taken money. Website doesn’t work. Appalling.
