So, life update that worries me... Didn't sleep well last night. Was too worried if this drunk and drugged-up native was going to come back. My daughter took the garbage out and forgot to lock the door when she came inside. This guy showed up about 10 minutes later, and walked into my house. We were both just in our sleep shirts, relaxing, she in the living room and I was in ny bedroom working on an article Im posting shortly. I came scrambling out of my bedroom and found this guy plastered drunk standing in my kitchen. I immediately forced him out the door into the porch and closed the door behind me, putting myself between him and the door. He was so drunk he couldn't speak words, just mumbled. I calmly told him to get lost. He just smiled and stared at me with all his tear drop tattoos next to his eyes scrunching up. I told him again to leave. He stood there looking stupid. Finally I told him if he didnt leave I would call the cops, then I turned around, went inside, locked the door and retrieved my firearm. I had enough time to load ammo into a clip, get the trigger lock off my firearm and get back to the front of the house to find him sitting in the car still. I was waiting to see if he was leaving, or coming back. Because he gave off a vibe that he was willing to get violent for whatever he was pursuing. Just after Dave died, a white vehicle showed up and parked next door on the road at the abandoned property. A man came to my door and kept trying to get me to go to his vehicle to "look at something". Of course I didnt go with him, but it was enough to get me to hire an electrician to install the security cameras, especially after my kid's bow was stolen. I have 3 more cameras to go up still. But since Dave passed away I have to hire people to do these things and, well, its not cheap or easy and definitely hard to find someone with the time in their schedule to fit me in. I showed this video clip to a person I know here in town, who informed me this guy and his friend were revived multiple times over the weekend from fentanyl overdoses. All I know is the guy was so plastered if I lit a match while he talked he would have become a human mmolatov.i have no idea who drove him. As soon as the snow is gone, I will be fortifying my property like its a military compound so the next time one of these fuckers shows up word will spread real quick not to mess with "The Widow" as I've learned I am called in this town. Yes, I filed a police report and yes, I have passed on the footage to RCMP.

I feel like younger people don't realize that the internet wasn't always optimized solely to make you as angry and miserable as possible, and people are having a lot of nostalgia for 2000s internet vibes now because it wasn't like that back then

@edmundmcmillen Think its mostly based on consistency, ranger for example will always be an S tier damage dealer no matter what abilities you get to select from. Mage and tinkerer are often duds with non synergistic abilities.

I think this is where i ended up by release. i keep seeing lists with mage down so low and im totaly lost on why, mage has some big and powerful combos and is super versatile!

@CanYouDont_real @edmundmcmillen I took one early loss doing some sidequests but have not lost a run since at 80 hours. The game becomes almost impossible to lose once you have a good breeding base stats and mutations.

Question: The Left/Right arrows in the cat window in the house sort by Room and then by Age within the room. If I just removed the per-room sorting and just sorted by age only, would anyone be upset?

@ZeFellowBud in Mewgenics you can, it is balanced by having the boss take multiple turns compared to you generally so you can rarely perma cc them.

i hate when games gives us status effects, but bosses are immune? let me turn that boss into a frozen, electrified, paralyzed, poisoned, sleepy, confused, burning, bleeding, marked, cursed, defenses down, attack down, speed down, gunked, and throngled mess. if not why even?

@ourmartyredlady once you have 40+ cats on your house trying to sort out all the kittens you want to keep vs prune and aggressive cats and their relationships definitely becomes a nightmare. I think this interface could be improved greatly, rest is ok.

You need to start permaing every single gold buyer, I won't play a blizzard product because of the bots

Did someone hurt you? You do know Aggrend was just a producer on that team right? With design leads and engineering leads above him? The GDKP ban was designed for one thing, remove the drive to buy gold to be able to buy items in raids because in SoM that became the main way most players could access gear. But no one wants to farm gold, so they bought it. Which means someone needs to farm it. Which means bots, and hoo boy does everyone whine about bots, that exist solely because players won’t stop buying gold and around and around we go. Was it entirely successful? I have no idea. But you appear to have been banned for buying gold, so can’t have failed that badly.

With the recent classic news coming out, and Aggrend stepping down @BlizzardCS @Blizzard_Ent should launch an internal inquiry regarding @AggrendWoW mishandling of this classic fresh. Banning GDKP was the catalyst behind hyper inflation that financially eviscerated the average player; Turning the latest fresh into a swipe simulator by isolating the majority of the community by engaging feedback based off Reddit, versus people who actually play. This was the least played fresh with the main reason being players unable to afford consumes due policy introduced by @AggrendWoW By banning GDKP you essentially disabled redistribution of currency, which led to flasks being 500G each, in conjunction, most raids were using flasks, black lotus, and PayPal, in place of gold, which is a fate way worse than letting players GDKP. To further exasperate this notion, @AggrendWoW took time off of social media due to controversial political comments which led to him using blue sky as his main social media apparatus. When I inquired about these behaviors, I was blocked by majority of the classic design team, then permanently banned on 20+ year old accounts, which I find incredibly suspicious. Lastly, @Shobektv @Sodapoppintv @OTKnetwork all bought gold (evidence on my Twitter) but none of these content creators are ever held for their actions because @AggrendWoW is emotionally selective of who he punishes and I feel like this is an incredibly bad look for a billionaire dollar company. This all stems from removing people’s personal freedoms due to disagreeing, and when you remove people’s right to choose, you’re no better than the people you point your finger at. lol, this is what happens when the press just picks up Discord posts and writes an article around them 😂🤣 Overall, pretty much everyone who’s tried Wicked after the last few hotfixes is extremely positive. The reason I left the post on Discord up was simply to push back against some of the bullshit reviews. I’ve been hated on Twitter by a few crazies for years now, and I also saw the calls for review bombing because, according to those folks, I’m a 'Nazi.' These days, apparently anyone who doesn’t include five trans characters in their game and doesn’t let their products be influenced by political bullshit is a Nazi. What a world we live in 😂 When the Russia/Ukraine war broke out and I replied on Twitter saying that Moon Studios wouldn’t be taking a public stance—because we’re a video game company, not a journalistic outlet—the next day a threat letter with a picture of Putin was taped to my office door, full of insults from top to bottom. So I have no issue telling active players who love Wicked that they should go ahead and leave a positive review on Steam. After all, it’s allowed on Steam to buy a game, leave a negative review that doesn’t even talk about the game at all (there are negative Wicked reviews that literally just say '.'), and then instantly refund it… and the negative review still counts. If that’s allowed, then it should also be allowed for a developer to encourage their players to share their real experiences 👍 And no, we’re not in immediate financial danger—but from time to time, I think I’m allowed to speak up about issues within our industry I personally find unbecoming. We are continuing as always—our goal is for every game Moon Studios creates to be an absolute masterpiece, and with Wicked we’re already on the way. We want our small 90-person company to push companies like Blizzard, GGG, and others to innovate by putting out products that are top-quality and truly unique - we believe in competition and we think players will win because of that! 👍❤️
