So it takes 3 people to guide the jet the last 150 feet to the gate and apparently there are only 2 in all of @PHL.

@cryptorobert @Avis No, there isn't. If you don't have a pre-reserved car, and if they don't screw it up and require you to go to the booth/desk, then you're OK. If you have to go stand in line...forget it.

When the house of cards fall, they fall hard. The chain of events in this compromise aren’t l337 but they are effective. This is still too easy to do and that’s the problem. We should be able to click stuff securely

Absolutely classic piss poor customer service from Verizon… The app online says I can do whatever is most convenient to return the phone. When I get to the store, as per my choice, I wait in line to be told they never take back old iPhones at the store. I have to go to UPS.

Wow, great work, @AmericanAir — late flight due to mechanical problem. I still made it to the gate for the connection, but American had automatically changed my flight to tomorrow and they closed the flight in my face rather than correct the pass.
