The x402 vs. MPP debate isn't about tech, it's about who gets to launch Cloudflare's NET Dollar. A stablecoin for bot payments, whoever issues NET (Coinbase or Stripe) likely gets their standard prioritized across a FIFTH of the internet. Cloudflare has been positioning itself at the center of agentic payments for the past year plus. They see the problem firsthand: bots are overwhelming the web, driving up costs and overloading servers. Wikipedia's traffic grew 50% from scraping. 71% of top publishers now block retrieval bots entirely. So, Cloudflare built walls (bot blocking tools) and also windows (pay-per-crawl, so sites can charge bots instead of blocking them). And who they choose to issue NET could determine which payment standard wins. The evidence that Stripe may have the edge: > Cloudflare CO-FOUNDED the x402 Foundation with Coinbase, but STILL hasn't named an issuer (even though CB issues stablecoins) > Per The Information, Coinbase is just ONE of several companies competing for the deal alongside ZeroHash > Cloudflare integrated MPP immediately > Pay-per-crawl already uses Stripe. ZeroHash works closely with Stripe David Christopher mapped out the full competitive picture.

ERC-8004 + x402 use case Most people misunderstand how ERC-8004 + x402 actually work together. It’s not about just registering agents or just adding payments It’s about respecting the core primitives of the standard. ERC-8004 is minimal by design. There are only 3 things that matter: Identity Every agent must have a verifiable on-chain identity (ERC-721 based). This is not optional — it’s the entry point to the network. Reputation All interactions must be traceable and tied to real activity. Reputation is not social — it’s economic signal backed by execution. Validation Work must be provable. Not claimed, not assumed — verified. These 3 registries are the entire point of ERC-8004. x402 = payment rail ERC-8004 = trust layer One without the other breaks the system. No humans. No dashboards. Just agents coordinating. If your system: doesn’t enforce identity doesn’t tie reputation to real payments doesn’t validate execution you are not building on ERC-8004 you are just simulating it Live example i vibecoded: …vement-production-64ab.up.railway.app

Bitcoin mean reversion is a restoring drift. It is like a beach ball held under water. The trend is the equilibrium. Price gets pushed around by news, leverage, liquidity, and panic. Important concept: But the farther it gets stretched from the power law trend value, the stronger the expected pull back. That is the logic of the Ornstein-Uhlenbeck process: dz = -κz dt + σ dW The first term is the restoring pull. The second term is the noise. Most people see the noise and think there is no structure. Wrong. Noise does not remove the anchor. It just makes the path messy. Bitcoin reverts because large deviations create stronger restoring drift. The path is chaotic. The pull is not.

AI agents are quietly transforming commerce, and @base is leading the shift. Wallets are becoming automated as AI agents research deals, negotiate, buy, trade, and transact fully onchain with no humans involved. On Base: - @virtuals_io acts like an Amazon for agents, already generating hundreds of millions in agent GDP - @bankrbot powers autonomous wallets and skills that help agents earn and transact independently - x402 micropayments enable instant agent-to-agent payments Consumers save time. Merchants gain programmable money. Crypto moves toward real A2A economies. 👇

12 YR TREND BROKEN. BTC should be a valued a LOT HIGHER relative to gold. Should be. IT'S NOT. The valuation trend broke down once QUANTUM came into awareness. Don't read this post if you want to stay high on hopium instead of seeing things as they are.

$3,000,000 per Bitcoin is a 100x. Those outside BTC don't think it will ever reach $300,000. Even many Bitcoin'ers don't think $3,000,000 is feasible. Yet, it keeps following a hyperbolic curve. With 99% of adoption ahead, we've seen nothing yet.
