I used to believe Donald Trump was simply an outstanding President. But then I watched in real time as the mainstream media, the FBI, intelligence agencies, Big Tech, and the entire Washington establishment joined forces in an unprecedented campaign to destroy one single man. The constant lawfare, the two impeachments, the endless Russia collusion hoax, the Mar-a-Lago raid, the gag orders, the efforts to remove him from the ballot, the attempts to bankrupt him and throw him in prison... all of it aimed at stopping him from ever returning to power. That's when it became undeniable to me: No one gets this level of coordinated, hysterical opposition unless they pose a genuine existential threat to the system... The system that we all know is corrupt and broken. Ordinary politicians don't trigger that kind of coordinated panic. At that moment, I stopped thinking of him as just a great President. He is the greatest of all time.

Legally, I have purchased lobster and filet mignon on my EBT card. Why did we do this? To raise public awareness and work to eliminate a case of fraud by design — Something is wrong” He was able to get $6,000 on his EBT card

NEW: In a now-deleted post, the Chicago Teachers Union claims Chicago Public Schools CEO Macquline King is standing with the union to close schools on May 1. It’s unclear whether the post was deleted because King is no longer endorsing this action, or because the post spelled her name incorrectly. State law should explicitly ban political gamesmanship like this in Chicago Public Schools and across the state. Incredibly unfair to working parents and students.

@QueenKorma @gillie_david @MattForVA Infinite taxes, insurance, permits, licenses, fees, etc. I still have so many plans, so much to offer the community. I’m thinking of opening something in Wisconsin, but after looking into it, it’s getting bad there as well. Sadly, I’m giving up.

As a restaurant owner I am forced to charge an additional sales tax and meals tax for every purchase. If I make a good product that people are willing to pay for, the government profits off of my labor. The more I make, the more they make. In fact, the government makes more off of my business than I do. How does that make sense? They also don’t pay me a dime to collect their tax. What’s even more wild is if I don’t pay them the tax I collect for them by a certain day each month, they charge me interest & penalties. Tell me how this is any different from the mafia. Small businesses should ban together and refuse to collect their taxes.

State with the worst gap between population growth and spending in the last decade? Illinois. Population shrunk by 1%. State spending grew 72%, inflation adjusted. I'll continue asking - where did all the money go?
