Pete Buttigieg is an extremely talented politician. He’s served in the military service, he’s articulate, and understands policy inside and out. He’s struggling to get African American support due to the fact that he’s gay, but otherwise I think he can turn it around. Here’s the bigger picture though, every 80 years this country gets dunked. Revolutionary War to the Civil War. Civil War to the Great Depression and World War II. We’re 80 years out again and we’ve lost the generational memory of why the institutions and processes matter. Trump is actually helping us rediscover that, not intentionally, but by doing the opposite of everything that’s right so aggressively that people instinctively know something is deeply wrong. The approval ratings, the election results, they’re all telling the same story. He’s forcing a moral and cultural reckoning on this country.

@crystalvision89 @toly @Sam0xSol @AndrewYang @helium Admittedly, it's confusing to read "Unlimited Data" "Data included: 36 GB" "Charges for Additional Data Usage: None". Only way this could make sense to me is, if throughput is throttled after using 36 GB. Is it? How much? I am still not reading 10$ per GB.

The average American spends $83 a month on their wireless bill. That’s $1k a year. The average European spends $35 a month on the same thing, or $420 a year. That difference adds up to $100 billion (!!!) a year extra spent by Americans on data.
