CNN Diplomatic Editor Nic Robertson confirms the Trump administration's total diplomatic collapse. They are now relying on Pakistan's Field Marshal Asim Munir to fly to Tehran and act as a desperate middleman to beg Iran for peace. Washington has completely lost control.

I was in Congress yesterday and I saw signs like this in front of Congressional offices. Why? Why do you have to state your allegiance to a different country right under your name and in front of your office? We get it, you get bribed by them. But this is embarrassing.

Rep. Dan Goldman
Rep. Dan Goldman@RepDanGoldman·
The President is unwell and he is deteriorating daily. His recent ravings and outrageous social media posts point to a man who is "unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office." We cannot leave that determination under the 25th Amendment to the President's cabinet alone. I joined @RepRaskin to demand that a Commission is formed to investigate his fitness for office.
Andrew Solender@AndrewSolender

NEW: Raskin, w/ 50 House Dem co-sponsors, formally introduces a bill which would create a commission to assess Trump's fitness for office under the 25th Amendment. Bill text here: documentcloud.org/documents/2804… Story TK

@DrCasteelEM I’m sure you’re great, but reading this absolute groundswell of medical horror stories, you might need to accept that some of your colleagues just aren’t.

@sarasteinmd @DigitalKitten5 @kirabira Many, many docs ridicule us for crowdsourcing and specifically tell us to stay away from those sources because they aren’t “experts”

Ok. I will have a personal conversation with each one of the 13 million physicians on the planet. I don't know what to tell you I've pointed out the reason most doctors become dismissive but there are other reasons also. I've encouraged everyone to crowdsource. I do my best to disseminate pertinent information in my specialty and there are many doctors doing the same in their specialties. I understand how angry you are that we are not perfect but I don't see how that anger is helpful. Maybe start by telling your doctor you're crowdsourcing your symptoms and illness and if you find something interesting how would the doctor like you to share it with them. Then send them something that is absolutely no longer than three sentences with a link. It may not be perfect but it's a start.

Hello it is me Kira :)🍉
Literally everything I learned about how to stay alive & care for my body when I got sick was thanks to the millions of other sick people who came before me & left detailed instructions. No doctor helped. Even the nice ones who believed me had no actual advice. Only other sickies
morningstar@stichedstars

Again, Reddit has taught my more about my illnesses than any doctor. Like actual helpful advice about how one of my diseases operates and what I need to do / take

@sarasteinmd @kirabira Been trying this for 2 years for my daughter. Found the treatments myself and proved they are working for her. All I get from her doctor is basically: she can’t have that condition because I’m not familiar with it

If you consider medical knowledge is doubling every 90 days, and the average provider is working 50 to 60 hours a week and is exhausted and burnt out, there are going to be enormous diagnostic and care gaps. It's not the way we want it, but we are human also. There is a limit to how much computer time we can do. We need you all to be proactive about your disease and that includes learning about what other people have done. We're not omniscient gods we're in practice. The more information you can give us, the more we learn and the next person benefits. Carry on 🙏

YES‼️ California doesn’t have the luxury of learning this lesson the hard way. We need to Pick smart. And Consolidate early. Define Hilton. Define Bianco. Early, loud, and relentlessly. Don’t let them skate by as “just another option.” Pick our Democrat, but understand the assignment, this is survival. California voter ✋🏾

@StinkRatsCharms Yep, we’ve given my daughter’s pediatrician every symptom she has which match MCAS exactly. Nope, it’s just IBS caused by stress

Doctors could not tell my migraines from MS for many years. Everything got blamed on my migraines, including the lesions on my brain. New onset double vision and loss of gross and fine motor skills with full body tingling? Must be your migraine. I gave them my symptoms
Jonathan@jabberwock951

Which isn't to say you can't have your own ideas and put them forward. But yes, you can't come in and reel off a diagnosis and treatment plan and expect to avoid starting with basic principles like 'my head hurts'. It's how we tell the migraines from the brain tumours.
