@Breaking57 Seal coating actually dries out the asphalt underneath leading to faster deterioration. It looks nice but it’s just black oil based paint. These outfits are quick cash grabs that profit thousands per day for something that is basically a bandaid at best if not a complete scam.

Fitzcarraldo (1982) didn’t fake the impossible shot, Herzog had a 320-ton steamship dragged over a real mountain using winches and local labor, no effects. The production nearly collapsed multiple times, which is exactly why the footage feels so unreal.

This was a mistake; I am doing research and I think this actually trapped too much moisture. Pine shavings would have been better.

@OldHollowTree This sits on top of the frames under the undercover. It’s meant to catch and moisture that may drip down into the hive. Also holds in some heat. I put the same sized piece of 2 inch foam board directly on top of this and then cover with the outer cover.

Killer Bee's are no joke, In Bixby Arizona a woman was raising bees, not realizing how dangerous Killer bees are. A week earlier she said they were fine, she noticed the hive was tilting a little, so she decided to strengthen the hive, that's when the bees went into defensive mode, and started to attack, Killer bees react fast and in large numbers, they will also pursue upto 1300' .
