When my sister was postpartum in the winter, she got herself this cutie little yeti. When she would go to bed, she would make sure it was full of hot chocolate and on her nightstand. Then when she woke up to feed her baby, she would have this beautiful little hot chocolate treat waiting for her. She said she actually went to bed looking forward to those night feedings.

Coating your teeth with anything but water after brushing your teeth and going to bed is not good. Unless you brush your teeth again. You don’t want to feed the bacteria in your mouth. They eat the plaque on your teeth and spit out acid that destroys your enamel. This is why putting babies to bed with juice is so terrible.

@curioussearche1 @MrsCMFrancis They have hot chocolate that is free of artificial sugar! Can be sweetened with honey or coconut sugar. Can add probiotics and the fat in milk is very good for you and honey has many restorative properties :)

@BrandiGlanville My face occasionally gets infected because of a failed root canal I had years ago. My dentist wants me to go back to the specialist and get it redone, but I'm thinking of just getting the tooth pulled, even though I've spent thousands on it at this point.
