@SdxTeslaNYC And even then, if there's widespread power outages, the fuel will still be there (albeit pumped manually), no way to charge your EV other than with a generator, and by the time that's done your ICE neighbor will already be 500 miles away from the meteor impact zone. :)

@SdxTeslaNYC Yes convenient, but what EV owners don't understand is what are they going to do in an emergency when they suddenly have to travel beyond their current charge? Still need an ICE vehicle in the family until superchargers become as fast and prevalent as gas stations.

ICE owners have a very hard time understanding the convenience of this. It’s not hard to explain but is hard for them to understand it.

@UziCryptoo Exactly. In the 50s and 60s nearly every house was a ranch with like 10x10 bedrooms, and it was fine, and everyone could afford a home. Now nothing but mini-mansions are built.

We want builders to build starter homes at $200–250k so the next generation can actually... start. Instead, they sell $400–500k+ homes and call them “starter homes.” $3,250/month is NOT a starter home.

The Portland fire department announced they will no longer respond to Homeless fires, unless the fire is not contained. They are doing this because about half their calls throughout the year are Homeless related. Do you consider this fire contained?

Owning a home is a money pit. If someone tells you otherwise, they’re lying to you. I’ve lost track of how much I’ve invested in my yard, AC system, air filters, plumbing repairs, water filtration, bidet filters, mold repair, painting, fence replacement, etc. Be warned!
