I'm almost always the first person to suggest buying refurbished / used, but even on eBay an M2 MacBook Air is like $700 and sure if you can afford to spend more you can get more but for people on a tight budget, the Neo is just insanely good value.

i don't care what anyone says, but the MacBook Neo is not worth it -Only 8GB RAM -No Touch ID on the base model -No Backlit keys -No force touch trackpad, it's a diving board trackpad -Weak I/O you should probably get a M2, M3 or M4 MacBook Air at a discount instead.
